Have you seen Laurie and Pete on the dance floor? If so, you know they throw some great moves…….so be prepared for a fun filled workshop with some fancy moves thrown in.
For this Balboa Workshop – some previous balboa experience would be useful but not necessary as we will run through the basic rhythms at the beginning, as a warm up.
This will be 2 x 1hr(ish) sessions with a break in the middle.
Going through some standard moves and shapes to tidy up and improve technique.
Then working through some great Bal-Swing moves throughout the workshop!
Followed by 1.1/2 hours(ish) of social dance practice to perfect those new moves and incorporate them into your dancing.

We will rotate to help with your lead and follow techniques, so you can book without a partner.
£16 per person.
